I went on their website to have what i found 146 of what i think are diamonds and i was told to go at the store i drove to the store and showed the items inside the bag and the guy with a beard came to the counter and just said its not real im like how can u tell his like im a jeweller and im like what is this then his like i dont know without touching or really looking at the priduct i have im like why u being rude men and he said cause im a jeweller. Never ever come to this place to haveyour jewelry check his arrogant and no customer service experience very rude and discriminating

All displays were empty, and we were told they can’t put anything on display if there is only one person there, for insurance purposes. Okay. Was asked what we were looking for and described a vibe we wanted for rings. He asked for brands, we had no particular brands in mind (what kind of person sticks to a single brand for a ring?!). We were then asked to come back on Saturday… okay? Why keep the store open if you’re not going to even try showing anything, and if you can’t display anything? What the hell was the purpose of this?
