One of the guys was really rude. I wanted to make a partial payment and he told me that I can’t do that which was fine. So I asked him could I make in between payments and he said no either I had to pay in full or not at all I then informed him that in the past I’d made little extra payments he then said "do you not understand or something are you illiterate!" I informed him that he was so rude and it’s a turn off I’ve been a customer at this place for years sometimes paying straight out other times lay away. I don’t think anyone deserves to be spoken with any kind of way... after I purchase the items I have on layaway this is my last round with them! I’m sure they can careless but it’s whatever In the past things have been great and they worked with me..... money talks so I guess because I didn’t have the full payment then I don’t deserve respect (shrugs) To add: everything I’m saying is accurate! It just simply takes an apology for the rudeness! On the upside the jewelry I’ve purchased has been the best quality and a great deal..... I can’t take anything from this establishment other then the one guy being extremely rude! The other staff members are awesome

Do not I repeat do not give this place your business they have absolutely no respect for their colored customers I came in trying to sell some jewelry about $5000 worth with the receipt of original purchase they didn't look at it check it or nothing in my collection I have a Cartier watch full of diamonds mind you I know I wasn't going to get 5000 or even 3000 for my stuff but he gave me back my watch and said I don't THINK it's real he didn't Google it open it up to see if it was a real Cartier cuz you can tell by the parts in the watch he did nothing he just said I don't think it's real it's not your job to think you should do your research then act accordingly very unprofessional I'm glad I didn't make the sell cuz I can't be associated with a company with rude employees and poor practices take your business elsewhere

Nunca volveré a un timador como este. Solo una pequeña palabra de consejo. They pick the absolute lowest price to compare your item to no matter the condition and that's your offer. SMH Pawnmart gives you fare prices and good customer service I will never return the a pawn shark like this. Just a little word of advice.
