Brian worked very hard to get me financed. He was respectful and courteous at all times. I was at a low point wondering if I was even going to be able to get my house. Within 2 weeks of first contact with Brian I was closing. Highly recommend Brian and Mulberry Street Mortgage.

I have used Turner at Mulberry Mortgage twice now. He has always been extraordinarily on top of things throughout the process - I've never had to concern myself with details or questions; he told us what was needed and how to get it. He even found ways for us to not have to bring as much to closing. Buying a home can be a stressful process. It's nice to have someone like that on your side while you go through it. Furthermore, he let us know when interest rates dropped and helped us refinance from a 30 to a 15 year mortgage, while our payments only went up about $100. I credit our ability to upgrade to our most recent house to him, as that refinance tremendously impacted our equity. As I type this, we're dealing with an escrow shortage notice from our lender. All we had to do was scan the letter, send it to him, and he's all over things - calling the lender, calling the title company, etc. He's a true partner and I genuinely feel sorry for home buyers who don't have someone like him as an ally. I could not possibly recommend him more.

Brian and this local office is by far the worst mortgage company I have ever worked with in my entire life. 31/2 months after accepting an offer on my home the pre approved buyer that was using this company finally was able to complete the sale of our home. After missing numerous closing dates, being lied to, and having to threaten to sue Mulberry Street the closing finally occured. However after all the papers were signed Mulberry Street attempted to back out of the deal and not fund the buyers loan. After more threats finally it was funded. I know several agents that refuse to now work with this lender. I intend to file complaints with the BBB and the real estate commission. The above is factual and facts can be verified upon request. Save yourself some aggravation and heartache.Find another lender. Despite multiple complaints, I went with them. Big mistake. After multiple missed closings, ever changing interest rates and wrong appraisals I had to walk away from them as lenders. They may have helped some people, I just wasn’t one of them.
