Terrible customer service from one specific employee. Each time I’ve had to interact with her she’s incredibly rude. I was misinformed on the phone via your phone staff and instead of kindly correcting the information and addressing the issue of not all employees understand your policies and giving out information. She was condescending and tried to make me out to feel stupid but it is not my fault I was told incorrect information over the phone that is a training issue and needs to be addressed by the manager. I’ll be coming back later this month to close my account and I will never work with this company again and will not recommend anyone else I know to come here. I cannot believe they hire people that treat their customers like that.

This place is so awesome!! They are very professional and polite!!!! A lot of other places are in the business to screw people over but this place is far from that!! You get a loan and pay it off before 30 days the interest is cake walk compared to other places. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

Had a great experience. They took care of all my questions and ended up getting a much better interest rate than any other place in town. The customer service is above and beyond.

Everything went great til I went to cash the check they gave me and the bank......their bank informed me that there were insufficient funds in the account! Then when I call them and ask to cancel everything they informed me there would be a 2 day hold on my title starting when I brought the check back. Now since they gave me a check I can't cash I now have late fees on my bills that I have to cover. Never doing business with u again. Trashy, sketchy, and absurd
