Terrible company, there are better options with better rates, especially with small loans. What was the point of making me submit everything and ding my credit only to deny it in the end because I wanted to use the loan for something work related. That was the reason it was blatantly denied. That was the reason Lucero gave, it's their policy even though it sounded more like a whim. You would think they would reach out to start with and communicate anything before they decide to be the reason to damage your credit. I've had loans with Onemain before without issue, weird how you become a stranger every time you apply. It takes a long time to build credit. It's frustrating to be shot down on a whim. I'll never use this place again. - Edit - You really want me to call a 1800 number to be told what I already know. This isn't a response and does nothing to make your company look good. It's like talking to a robot.

Do not take any money-offer from them. if you take 12k, there is high interest, and 600 dollars fees

Getting a loan from One Main is so easy and quick. The staff is so helpful and spends time with you going over the paperwork. They are awesome. I am really satisfied with everything One Main has to offer. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you One Main

If I could I would give them zero or negative stars. I got called by 2 different people that I was approved and all I needed to do was go in to sign paperwork. I called to see if i needed an appointment and what I needed to take with me to sign paperwork and they practically laughed in my face after doing a credit check, which was never said online. I was asked what my loan was for an told I couldn't use it for what I wanted to. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

OneMain has taken of me and my family for almost? a decade now! From house repairs to consolidations, even vehicles and cross country trips! They've always been there to help us take care of any need. We wouldn't even go to a different office because the staff is so good at what they do with such a caring attitude ❤️🤗. Great people here in Tucson!

Applied online and received a followup the following day. Vanessa guided me through the process and helped me with all forms and documents. Definitely will recommend working with Vanessa at OneMain
