Went to get a title loan from them and the first visit the lady told me that MVD required that both signatures from myself and my mother was needed, cause my moms name was first on the title and that it made her the primary owner when infact both myself and mother are primary owners and since it has an OR either party could sign the paperwork, that is what MVD told me. So then I went in again to get a loan and the same lady changed it up by saying that it was their policy to have both signatures, cause I let her know that what she said MVD required from them to get both signatures wasnt correct like she stated the 1st time I went to get a loan. So since the lady basically made me think twice about getting a loan from them, I would rather pay more interest from somewhere else then to deal with these people even though their interest rate is only 6% but has an employee who cant keep her story straight cause she was incorrect about the requirements that MVD asks for.
