The loan officer's tone changed dramatically after receiving a conditional approval. From there, she told me she had to leave at 5pm, understandable. Then I leave work early, rush home to get the required documents, get there at 4:10 and she already left. Seems like yhe moment there was going to be work involved with my loan she ditched me and didnt say a word. I won't blast her name on here but she knows she was wrong for that. Don't waste your time with these people, customer service was dumpster juice, though the manager decided to attempt to help and passed me off to another young lady who was MUCH nicer to work with. All in all, stick to your own bank.

I would love to shout out the Manager at One Main, his name is Gary Joyner. He was so helpful and took the time to help answer all of my questions and gave me guidance to what steps i needed to take next. It is because of team members like him that I am choosing to go through with the loan process. If it wasnt for his help I would have went with another loan company. Thank you so much Gary, I look forward to meeting you in person.

I highly recommend OneMain Financial, the Knightdale branch specifically. They helped me through a difficult time a couple of years ago and have continued to work with me to ensure I’m getting the best loan options available.

They were very unprofessional. The loan officer gave me the complete run around for an entire day. Told me I was approve to stop taking my calls after 3:30 and the next day still no call to later get " Gary" the branch manager to call me. Also Alona ( however it’s spelled or pronounced) made joke about how much taxes I was paying. Like what did that had to do with anything. I just didn’t like how unprofessional she was. She also made a very upsetting comment when she thought she had put me on hold. I’ve dealt with Henderson OneMain and they was way more put together. Don’t recommend and I’m glad things turn the other way..

Highly recommend this office. I am very impressed with the loan process, no hidden agenda, very simple and the personal service from the staff. Initially I applied online and was pre-approved, brought my documentation into the office as requested and received my check. I was laid off sometime later and payments were missed, but upon being employed, I went into the office updated my info and I'm back on track...the staff and Mr Joyner called quite often because payments were overdue however, never rude or disrespectful. Always great service! They get back to you right away and since I am already a client I can take care of everything over the phone and online, which is great as I don't always have the time to squeeze another to do to my list. I appreciate OneMain Financial they have made my life a little easier.
