I am waiting to see if i got the loan or not. But the 2 ladys that i spoke 2 on the phone was very sweet polite and professional as I said I'm still waiting to see if I'm going to get the loan but just knowing that the people on the other end of the line actually care and take the time to listen to their customers means a lot I don't know about other people but I do know for me it was a positive experience just having someone from a loan company to listen to me. And even if they really don't care they did a great job in at least pretending like they care like a good customer service representative is supposed to do!

They are professional and they care about there customers.

I want to personally thank they ladies and the branch in Knightdale NC they where so nice to deal with and always a joy to speak to over the phone every month to make a payment. They made buying the golf cart and building my credit back up enjoyably.

Was told they would not run my credit they did and I even took a 3 point it I’m ok with being denied due to c/c but having someone tell me they they would go off other factors and not credit so if they say no credit check they do and it will take ur credit down 3 points

This company is great. As long as you pay them back on time they always work with you if you need additional loans in the future.
