Hi yes I applied online and yes my credit score said on your answer that was pulled said 601 but I have a collection and some delinquency on the report ok there is some bad luck on there. Now I deserve a second chance, I understood that you help people with bad credit, witch may be on a similar situation as I am. I deserve a second chance and you didn't even think twice so basically not approved it's not fear. Loosing a car on a accident and for 3 years trying to buy a car and yes I'm co signer on one but that doesn't mean it's mine. I want my own car it's not fear again I repeat, I should give you zero stars for saying no and making me more frustrated than I already am. I'm not satisfied with the answer everyone falls into a bad luck but that doesn't mean that they don't deserve a second chance because they do. You should listen more on the costumers need than telling them no because of the facts. What's the point of promoting that you help people with bad credit? That's false advertisement. I'm beyond angry. Better fix that fast or you will loose clients.

Very friendly staff always helpful if you have an issue they will take care of you you just have to communicate with them a lot of people don't communicate and they worked with me for that's why I'm getting another loan with them excellent customer service I can't remember the man's name that is the branch manager but he's fun he laughs and talks to everybody the ladies friendly and help you with what you don't understand
