Lauren was excellent and very professional. She was very detailed to make everything was understandable.

Horrible customer service. They refer you to different people and transfer you to different numbers and departments for simple questions that still don’t get answered. Slow return calls after leaving multiple voicemails and mysterious fees when paying off your balance.

My experience was very good My loan specialist was very professional and helpful. The entire office was very helpful. Our specialist was having computer issues and the other ladies step in and helped us. We were very grateful.

This was my worst experience ever since I have been a resident of high point NC. I was asked to sit at a desk away from the rep taking my info. She had a mask on. I asked if she wanted me to put one on. "Her reply it's up to you" Also told I had to have original pay stubs. My paystubs are online to be printed or emailed or downloaded. I was just shown the door after 20 minutes of providing much of my personal information. I only wanted help printing my info. I already had a account and file created on line with a specialist named Brianna

My Loan Officer was very helpful in my process of applying for a loan. She called me at my desired time & walked me through signing my paperwork. I believe OneMain is someone I could work with in the future!!
