When I applied for a loan at this location I had a lot of questions and was confused about the process. Everything was easy and went quickly. The staff was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I love that this company is customer service-focused. I would definitely recommend OneMain Financial.

Although the experience was good, I was a bit disappointed because the actual money I was able to borrow was not what was actually advertised. The add stated I could borrow between $5000 - $9000.00 But... when i got to the office I could only borrow $1500 with an Unsecured Loan. I feel it needs a bit more clarification to keep others from feeling the "let down" ... Other than that, everything was great with the staff and timing that funds were available!

We just bought a vehicle and they have emailed us over 20 times before we even got home to remind us to submit proof of income and color IDs. And still calling us at 9pm to get my husbands most recent pay stub. Not sure what type of clientele they are used to dealing with but we both have excellent scores, full time 40+ hr jobs making well over enough to buy a new car, and they treated us like we asking to purchase a rolls royce on a minimum wage salary. We have purchased vehicles in the past and never been hasseled like this. I had a dealer let me drive a brand new Escalade off the lot for the weekend to make sure I liked it, and OneMain acts like they are doing me a favor because we paid down, signed the paper work and drove it phone. They actually sounded suprised that the dealer let us leave the lot without giving them a DNA sample and including them in our will. Calling me at 9pm on a Saturday night to send a pay stub. I politely, or not, told them don’t ever call me again unless I’m late on s payment.

It's interesting how they call you in the morning, leave a message that you are approved for your loan. Then when you call them in the afternoon to confirm, they tell you that you are not approved. 🤣🤣 Dodged a bullet because the payments & interest were very much unreasonable in the first place.
