This finance company is one of the shadiest businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I spoke with a representative named Tim, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. He was defensive, rude, and completely unwilling to cooperate. His exact words were that they are "unlike other finance companies" — and unfortunately, that’s true, but not in a good way. They allowed my car to be repossessed even though it was not even 30 days behind, and it was done in the most reckless way possible. The tow truck took the vehicle while my sister was still inside the car, which is not only dangerous but completely unacceptable. Tim claimed that their tows are "recorded," but when I called to confirm anything, suddenly nothing could be verified yet was so certain that we were being untruthful. This company lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic human decency. I would warn anyone considering them to stay far away. They do NOT care about their customers — just the money.

Mason is awesome! Financed through these guys and he made sure to give me all the information I needed for my vehicle when it was totaled! As long as you communicate they are straight forward with you! Will definitely recommend to family and friends !

I’ve had nothing but very extremely great services from this company!!! They are understand and very family friendly I really don’t even hear from them to be honest!!! I’m on my second vehicle from them and look forward to doing future business!!! It’s safe to say I love the team!!

Bought a vehicle from CAPA AUTO less than 6 months ago. The transmission has already went out, this repair will cost me more than the actual worth of the car. When I called and spoke to Slater he didn’t care at all, offered no remedy or even a kind word to me. Just told me to make sure I continue making the payments and have a merry Christmas. This is only one issue I have ran into with this company, a couple months ago they came and picked my vehicle up without warning because they said my insurance "expired", this was not the case at all. Not only did I have to pay over $700 to pick my vehicle back up but they only took cash and conveniently their system was down and never provided me a receipt. The whole company is a scam. Look up all the reviews for their finance company AGS finance before you even step foot in here. 4 days before Christmas and im left with a blown transmission in my vehicle. Horrible and inconsiderate people, they don’t care about you just the money.

I bought a Lexus in 2020 from Sage Auto and it finally decided to give me a problem this week. National Tire & Battery was about to get $1100 for a radiator until I called AGS to inform them that I would be late on my payment & why. Mason literally saved me $660. He was completely honest and told me that I was about to pay almost 3 times as much because the guys at Sage Auto could fix it for that much less. & they did just that! Zack, Mason, EVERYONE at Sage & AGS…THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Good luck getting a loan from them if you less the 30 days behind and have way done paying off your loan they will take your car to re-sell it

From the moment I purchased my car until my last payment Tim was an absolute joy to speak with. Never ran into any issues whether it be a simple repair or possibly late on a monthly payment. He handled every payment over the phone as well as in person very professional. I would recommend AGS to a friend or family member it was an absolute joy!! Thanks for everything!
