I am grateful that they help me get a loan i needed but super ungrateful that their auto program is horrible, now i have a undriveable car that i have to sit on for 5 years all cause their auto program wasn't gonna reimburse me the 2500 i drop on it to fix it till it finally broke but on top of that i had to wait 30 days to report but by that time it was already broken. So their auto program is trash and horrible and I'm upset over it. Again im grateful but super ungrateful. Go at ur own risk

They called me to inform me that my account was in excellent standing and I could add on to my loan, after giving them updated info and taking a hit on my credit they said I didn't get it . They initiated the loan and hurt my credit. Don't get a loan from this place, go without, they are liars.

They call several times daily on/after payment is due. I made it abundantly clear that my pay dates vary so might be a day or two after due date. A very rude manager called me and said I need to be on time or refinance immediately to fix payment date... lol not with those extremely high interest rates. I have never missed one payment in the few years I’ve had a loan there but yet receive multiple calls and bad offers that got me in this mess in the first place. During the process and signing docs they have the secretary and other staff sit down with you one on one pushing extra unwanted products on you to add to your loan but have you sign a form that says they didn’t pressure you, will never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a joke, please do not get any kind of loan here. The staff is very uneducated and not at all do they care about their client's. I have always been on time with payments but they seem it's okay to continue to charge me for month's in advanve without my permission. The first time Mariam had done this she had to refund me money while giving me a $5 starbucks card as an apology. The system they have makes absolutely no sense and their charges are way to high. I highly recommend you search other places if you are in need of a loan.

If I could give this place 0 stars ... I would. They literally reported my missed payments during a pandemic to the credit bureaus. The entire state was on lock down for months. My job still hasn't reopened. And they acted As if I was supposed to use the little money I had ,to pay them monthly vs feeding my family.. No forberence or nothing.
