I went in today and was met with very nice and charismatic people. Angelica and Lauren were very sweet and polite great customer service skills 10/10 I hope they get a raise!!! They were very insightful and even took time to walk me through everything. They said their boss was on vacation well the boss can work from home because these 2 were handling business!!! I asked for a hat and I was unfortunately denied. Other than that it was an overall great experience these 2 ladies should always be scheduled to work together and they should actually train other employees on customer service and people skills. If these two ladies don’t get a raise Advance America isn’t doing their jobs in knowing what wonderful employees they have!!!

Lauren is a great representative at work. She greeted me right away once I walked in to the store. I was looking for $400 loan but she told me they only do pay the loans up to $255 she got me prequalified and got me the loan right away fast and easy great service.

Advance America is awesome. I love it. They really came through excellent customer service. Friendly and I would definitely recommend this place and return if needed thank you Lauren. Keep up the good work & smiles!!
