My experience has been super positive. The last year or so of my life has been really rough and after moving away, they have been working with me in regards to making payments while I’m trying to repair my life. The staff is very friendly and understanding that life happens. I can’t recommend them enough!

Kristie at the miamisburg location was amazing. She got me exactly what I asked for, and some. She went over every detail with me before I agreed to sign anything. Great place, awesome young lady!

Complete incompetence. Person scheduled to meet me was off, wasting my time. Then I was approved in error but then not approved with no payout and a hit to my credit.

Kristi is an absolute godsend.Not only did she help me when I needed it the most....but when life blindsided me and I stumbled,she was right there again to wave her magic wand and put me right back on track.I honestly cannot thank her enough 👏

Absolute nightmare trying to get a loan through this company. Spent a month applying for a $2,000. Just to be told I don’t have the means to be approved. Although I make 3 times the loans required income amount. Anyways 1/5 stars for service and experience.

They don't answer their phones, their voicemail is always full, they don't reply to emails, and if you go into the office they won't talk to you without an appointment, which you can't make because they don't answer their phones. I was finally able to get my payoff amount by calling their corporate headquarters, but wasted a lot of time on the local office first.

Tonya at the Dayton Mall location was incredible! She provided top-tier customer service, was personable, and required very little of my time to get me situated with a loan that solved years worth of problems for me! 10/10 recommend.
