The Optical place ...Trash .OMG. I was referred to them as per my insurance company Advantage plan. Older lady hangs up after she says she can't hear me. Note there was no formal store name announcement when answering. Ok. Called back no professional greeting. After saying hello she answers. I then say is this and she says yes. She was very abrupt to the point that she told me how can I help you because I have someone else on the line two of the people on the line how can I help you I'm like are you serious? Well how can I help you and I said man I'm trying to figure out where am I calling to is this one's personal line or homeline. She didn't get tracks a statement I say I was referred to you by my company well how can I help you because I'm here by myself it's only and I got two people I said man that's not my fault that's your boss is fault. You should have hired some more people so when you talk to your customers like that I'm a new customer trying to come in do you think I want to do business with a Bunch of jerks. Unbelievable these people. The nerve. Parent child relationships aka train ya kid or employee Your business looks stupid or illegitimate F.O.H. Calling BBB I'm disabled what if I went into the store with my wheelchair oh my gosh. Would be traumatized

Josh was so helpful! Very straightforward process and clear communication. The guys in there were very friendly and fun to talk to and crack jokes as we were doing paperwork. I would definitely go to them in the future!

I applied for a loan but got turmed down. I know it happens. That is not why I write this. You see, they didn't have the decency to get back to me about it. Finally, after three days of not hearing back I got the person who I applied the loan with on the phone. She tried to say she had called me and "maybe the called dropped or something". Give me a break! I understand one might forget to call back but then please don't pretend you did call and make up a story while fumbling for words. Not good business. I will never call them again.

This place is Great! They make the loan process a breeze. Feel very fortunate to know such a great company! If you need a vehicle loan go see Jerod super nice guy and very straight forward

Crystal at Lendmark is very disrespectful and rude. I would not chance a payment arrangement with this staff. This is not a sustainable business relationship.

The service was thorough but made easy and the staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed. I appreciated all involved in my process. Thank you
