On Christmas Eve late in the day when most places are winding down and people should be heading home to their families I stopped into Papa’s Jewelry and was honestly blown away. They had a full staff and everyone was happy welcoming and genuinely engaged. That alone says a lot. Every time I visit Papa’s it is an exceptional experience but this one truly stood out. Gianna helped me select the perfect ring for my wife and spent as much time as I needed walking me through options details and styles. There was zero pressure just thoughtful guidance and real expertise. It felt personal not transactional. Papa’s Jewelry is without question the best jewelry store in Westchester and beyond and quite possibly the best jewelry store I have ever been into. Zoe was amazing at Papas Gold City Jewelers. She took her time and patiently explained each part of the process of testing jewelry to see if it is real gold and which karat. Very transparent process and gave a great price. Highly recommend!!!!

The best place to get all of your jewelry needs! My husband and I got our wedding bands and my engagement ring from them, as well as soooo many other things. My son will also be receiving his baptismal cross and chain. They are beyond helpful as well !!!
