Angela was very helpful with getting the Tissot watch that I wanted. When it came in she notified me and I went into the store and the rest is history. I love my Tissot PRC 200. If you're looking for a nice timepiece go to Windsor Jewelers and ask for Angela. She will do her best to take care of you and get you what you want.

Kevin was our main contact for the design of our engagement ring and both wedding bands, and he also helped us with the purchase of two Breitling watches. Even picking up a new watchband for an old watch was a pleasant experience at Windsor Jewelers because the staff reached out with friendly professionalism. At least three people helped me—the greeter behind the counter, someone else who helped me choose a watchband, and the one who replaced it on the watch. Excellent service!

Just purchased a Longines watch from your store. Antione was my sells rep. His customer service was excellent. This sale took 2 visits to the store and multiple watches in and out of the case. He was patient and provided answers to every question. His professionalism and knowledge made the experience enjoyable. This is the 6th watch I’ve purchased from Antione, and it won’t be the last.

The staff and service here is wonderful. Kevin assisted me with getting my vintage Breitling restored. While it was a long process given the condition of the watch they were very communicative with updates along the way and the final product was beyond expectations. Windsor Jewelers has been nothing short of phenomenal when it came to us selecting our wedding bands. They were fully transparent with us and worked around our budget. While the rings were being sized and arranged to our specifications, the employees texted us with updates and provided pieces we might like to purchase in the meantime. If you ever want to go to Windsor Jewelers, ask for Jenn Hoffman, as she has been the best employee we’ve dealt with at any of their locations. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband is from Winston-Salem and he and his family have always trusted Windsor for jewelry purchases, so when our son wanted to buy an engagement ring for his girlfriend last February, we didn’t hesitate to get him to WJ. We hit the jackpot with our salesperson, Angela! She never once pressured him to buy a particular brand or style, but instead asked him pertinent questions and made suggestions based on his answers. She was patient and kind and added to the moment by sharing in his excitement. My son found a beautiful ring, and Angela kept us updated on the order status, doing her best to make sure he received it in time for his planned proposal (which he did). She was so professional, personable, and knowledgeable—and the selection and quality at Windsor is so good—that my husband and I returned to purchase a new wedding set for me for our anniversary, and my son and his finance returned at Thanksgiving to select their wedding bands. Again, Angela helped us all find the perfect rings while providing excellent service and making us feel special and truly valued as customers. We could not be happier with each experience at the Winston store or more pleased with the quality of the jewelry!
