Herman’s did an amazing job refashioning my stones and bringing my ring back to life. I’ve worn this ring every day for almost ten years, and Dustin really did his thing — it looks brand‑new again. The craftsmanship and care were obvious, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend. Pictures don’t do justice.

Herman's has been our family jewelry store for 30+ years. They have always been reputable and truly value repeat customers. We will always come to this store and appreciate the care they have shown all of us (to include our adult children) over the years!

I don't believe they'd take kindly to me taking pictures inside the jewelry shop, buy they have a ton of selections in Hermann's Fine Jewelers. I bought my wife a number of presents here, most recently this morning. I really like Clocktower Square and recommend Hermann's as the best jewelry store in town. The store is reasonable and has great customer service.

I have had the most amazing experience here!!!!I had 2 rings that are very dear to my heart that needed repair. When I walked in, I was greeting with a big smile and was helped instantly. Laily was FANTASTIC! I spent an hour in there just talking to her. She was so friendly and knowledgeable!!!! She had the owner come over and look at my rings. He gave me a fantastic price. The day I picked my rings up I almost cried. They looked amazing!! I am so thankful!! I have already took more in to have repaired lol I have found the store I will shop at for the rest of my life!! I highly recommend this place! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

I have two rings that are the same from Tiffany & Co. I took one in to get repaired and resized larger. When I picked it up it was smaller not larger and somehow they had absolutely destroyed the engraving on the top head area while altering the sizing area at the bottom!

Stopped in today looking for a ring to cover a tattoo and met the nicest people. Definitely will be one of my favorite places to shop! Great service beautiful jewelry.
