Such an amazing Jewelry Store! I can’t speak highly enough of Tapper’s. Saif is an amazing sales professional with a keen eye for detail. Furthermore, he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about watches, especially Rolex. I highly recommend Tapper’s and Saif for all your jewelry and watch needs.

I had a very unique situation that I could not resolve with Amazon or Casio to purchase my G Shock watch. I discovered Tappers fine jewelry and then tried again to purchase the watch and ran into the same problem. The difference with customer service was amazing! I was blessed to be connected with Stephanie Stefani’s who didn’t stop exhausting her resources until the deal was done! Stephanie you rock!!! I had a great experience at this location. I worked with Patty and Mansour and they were both fantastic. Mansour was the Rolex dealer. He allowed me to try on some of the watches I was interested in and showed me how to operate them. I’m currently on a waitlist for the Rolex model I’m interested in so I didn’t end up purchasing one. But he was incredibly kind, professional, and informative. However, I was also interested in an Omega watch. I wanted a Seamaster 300m 007 edition. They didn’t have one at this location but Patty had one ordered for me and she even met me at a totally different Tapper’s location that was closer to my home to deliver it to me! Patty told me that I was her first major sale which was cool to hear. She was very sweet, professional, and really went out of her way to give me a good experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone interested in a luxury timepiece. These are some good people that will really take care of you! It’s clear that they really enjoy what they do and love to see people walk out happy with their purchases.

We’re from Ohio and have visited this store twice. Both times, we’ve had a great experience with Saif. He is professional and knowledgeable. My fiancé Nathan reached out about a few pieces we were interested in and he took the time to set aside those pieces and brought them out for us to try on. He answered our questions very thoughtfully. It never feels rushed or pressured. We really appreciate the experience he creates and look forward to coming back.

Alexandra is absolutely incredible!!! So very patient, kind, smart, and a beautiful eye for design. When my weddings bands were damaged she worked with me to reimagine and design a new version using the original stones (and adding a few complimentary new ones). She worked tirelessly to help find and design within our budget and aesthetic. Hala also was a pleasure to work with. The behind the scenes team including amazing jewelers were all fantastic as well.
