Went in to have a gold necklace repaired. Alex assisted me. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. He took the item back to the jeweler and within minutes the job was complete. What a fantastic experience and beautiful store. I highly recommend Provident Jewelers.

Provident Jewlery helped my husband pick the perfect engagement ring for me years ago. Since then I have upgraded my engagement band and wedding band with provident. Their attention to detail is always fantastic. I have also had my ring cleaned and repaired at the store, and it always comes out looking amazing. I recommend this store, 10/10!

Offered my girlfriend $250 for 6.5 grams of 14k solid gold is diabolical. Offering 40% of the melt value for a nice bracelet isn’t right. Taking advantage of people who don’t know the value of gold is wrong. Any other pawn shop or smelting facility offer 80-90% without question which is fair. Be fair with customers and you will have returning business.

The level of service and care from the whole staff at the Wellington location was amazing. They listened to what I was looking for and never once tried to push me into something I wasn’t wanting to spend. I really appreciate their openness and care for such a big moment in my life.
