Grown Brilliance - Washington D.C. - Tysons Corner

We had a fantastic experience at Grown Brilliance in Tysons. Travis cleaned our rings and they are literally shining like new—absolutely flawless work. Liberty assisted my wife with getting new backs for her earrings, and even though she initially wasn’t sure they had any on hand, she somehow made it happen. That level of effort and customer care really stood out. Both Travis and Liberty were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend either sales associate to anyone looking for diamond jewelry or exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience at Grown Brilliance in Tyson’s Corner, thanks to Liberty. We designed my ring using their Truly Custom service. Liberty was knowledgeable, supportive, and proactive. She truly had our backs and communicated directly with the Truly Custom team about our design details without us having to ask, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. We just placed our order and couldn’t be happier with the final result. Thank you Liberty! Edit: So disappointed to hear that Liberty is no longer with Grown Brilliance! She was the best part of our experience. We haven't been having the best experience with the Truly Custom team since she left. Wishing her the best

I had a great experience at Grown Brilliance. Special shoutout to Liberty for her presence of mind, kindness and being the most helpful guide in choosing my ring. I had my eye on the marquise shape for a long time and she helped me choose the correct size and setting! She was one of the best sales person i have ever met before!

The jewelry looks nice and is a good value, but our customer service experience at this location was really bad. We had an 11:00A appointment which is when they opened on this particular day. They opened about 5-10 mins late which wasn’t really a problem but by the time they opened none of the displays were setup still. During our appointment, our associate continued to setup displays instead of working closely with us. None of the styles I wanted to try were available in store unfortunately, but I did find some styles I really liked. At the end of the appointment, I asked if the ring information could be shared with us and confirmed the associate had access to my email but by the end of the day I still hadn’t received any information. I followed up at the email I received from the associate and still haven’t heard back. There was another couple who had an appointment for the same time and it looked like they had a more traditional experience with the other associate so I feel our experience was probably unique to this particular associate. So even though I liked the styles I saw, I’ll be looking for similar styles elsewhere.

Wonderful assistance from Liberty. I appreciate the time she took in helping me find the perfect daily wear bracelet. She was patiently working with me to get exactly what I want so the entire experience enjoyable. The customer service there was exceptional, Liberty went beyond to ensure customer satisfied and she deserves the recognition.

I will never shop here again. I purchased very nice earrings on 12/19. Unfortunately I needed to return them on 12/23. Normally you return an item to the store within the allowed time frame and the item is unused you get a refund. Not here. The item has to be shipped back to corporate HQ and then and only then will they release the refund. No one picks up the phone at HQ, their chat function was useless and after a week no one in the store can give me an idea as to where the earrings are now or when HQ will receive them. The incompetence is overwhelming. I am following up with my credit card company to see if they can help me. Outrageous.

I love how friendly the staff is. The place is very well organized and clean. Their jewelry is very nice and I have to say it’s good quality too. My husband and I bought our platinum wedding bands here for a great price and they gave us a free gift which I loved!
