I walked up to the door at 10:05 am and was not greeted and did not see anyone inside. I called, The phone rang once and disconnected. I rang the doorbell with no sign telling me to do so and was finally let in. I went in knowing what I had and what I wanted the reviews were great so I didn’t interfere with his job. Pretty much told me since the market is up and down so they didn’t really want to buy scrap gold at the moment. Also told me a piece that I have was possibly not real. I felt really uncomfortable, especially after he offered me 75%, which is ridiculous and only after waiting a couple of weeks to make sure it was all real. I don’t know why they spent thousands of dollars on those fancy testing guns😆 they pretty much don’t want your business unless their end is guaranteed. I went to Silver & Gold trading co. and was greeted immediately. I had an offer in 2 minutes and was given what I asked. They made 300$ and a future customer. Good reviews drove me to this location and I’m hoping my honest review drives you away.

Beatriz is an absolute gem. I called ahead to make sure they were open to sell some inherited silverware while in town. I was told we could make an appointment, but walk-ins were welcome. Their location is easy to find and we were immediately and warmly greeted upon ringing the doorbell. The whole process took maybe a half hour, but it flew by. Beatriz made us feel right at home and explained how they evaluate the pieces. She even allowed us to bring our little dog in while we waited. The whole staff was very friendly. We had no expectations for a value, but it was all a great experience, and we left feeling quite pleased. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Today i came in and saw Matt and Diego they both greeted me. They made me feel really welcome . I usually sell my bullion and want to be in and out. But I actually decided to have some water and coffee today. I want to thank them both for helping me both times I came in.

stopped in at PMR to have a few small items looked at. Diego was very helpful. Even though only one past the test it was still $30 in my pocket. they were very professional friendly... especially considering that I got there Friday about half an hour before they closed no pictures

Great service! Evan did a fantastic job of explaining everything about the process, (I sold gold jewelry). They took their time and answered all of my questions. Felt like I got fair deal, would go there again, and definitely recommend!
