Pasé por Carmen Beltran en 2 ocasiones y ambas veces se ha encargado de mí muy bien más de lo que se esperaba. La primera vez salí de allí sin siquiera hacer una compra y ella no me estaba presionando para intentar hacer una venta. Es tan honesta contigo sobre todo. Volvimos y hicimos nuestra gran compra con ella porque nos sentimos cómodos con ella. Si pudiera darle 100 estrellas lo haría. Es un gran activo para su empresa. We had the pleasure of working with Alma today to correct an issue I was having with my original wedding bands we purchased from Kay. She worked quickly to help us with a solution and was incredibly kind and patient while we shopped in store. I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service she provided and hope to work with her again in the future. Thank you!

I thought I had completely destroyed my wedding ring and band I had left it in Tarn-X over night and my rings had turned grey, with little hope I brought it into Kay’s and Mateo looked it over and assisted me he was so nice. Cassidy said he would try and buff it and see if there was any chance of saving it and it worked! He spent about 45 minutes working on my rings and was able to get them back to rose gold. I’m so thankful I seriously thought I was gonna have to get a new ring. They saved my rings and my marriage jk. But they definitely saved me a lot of heartache. I definitely recommend this store they really took the time to help me.

Alma was so incredibly sweet and patient as we tried on many wedding bands. Her wonderful demeanor made the experience all the better! She rocks!
