Disappointing Experience The previous review about this store was absolutely right. The staff is impolite and lacks basic knowledge about jewelry. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here — it’s worth the drive to Tanishq Jewellers in Santa Clara for a much better experience.

Hi guys I would like to share my experience here I went today in Tracy ca I have a really big family they all shop here I had a 22k necklace I needed to get fixed I was stopped at the door I called then they let me in 3 other guys were behind me and I was in my house clothes it’s cold out so I wanted be comfy soon as I took my chain off I can tell she was judging me by the way I was dressed what they didn’t no is I wanted to also buy another chain but I was judged and I left after she refused to help after letting me in I’m a multi millionaire but we shouldn’t get judged by the way we dress now would you go spend your money here I wouldn’t if you go to any other Indian you would not get treated like that

I came in to browse and was immediately stopped at the door by security and told I couldn’t enter without an appointment. Since I wasn’t even allowed inside to shop, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Cuando un cliente se queja de que no se le ha atendido, eso debería ser su primera señal para arreglar las cosas y encontrar alguna manera de prestar atención a un cliente. No one attended to us for the first 10-15 min of entering. When we spoke up, instead of apologizing, they wanted to lecture us on how ‘everyone is equal’ lol and ‘everyone has been waiting’. When a customer complains that they have not been attended to, that should be your first cue to make things right and somehow find a way to give attention to a client. Instead, we were told to continue standing there and wait! Thats not how you treat a customer that is giving you thousands of dollars in business. I give them neck chain to fix the hook after two weeks i call them they said it’s fixed .when I went over there to pick my chain they start finding it and they try to give me another one and telling me it’s yours I was so surprised they start asking me if I have picture .then I show them the picture and they start searching it they found it in the display area showing to the customer and they give it to me .Why They try to give me less weight chain?
