I cannot say enough good things about every single person who works at Zales in the Ocean County Mall. I have been going there since 2019, when my husband bought my engagement ring, and they have always been incredible! This year is our five-year anniversary, and my husband wanted to upgrade my ring. Our first thought was, of course, to go back to Zales. I have had my eye on a few rings there over the past year, and no matter who was working, they always took the time to take each ring out of the case and let me try them on. This went on for months, and they were patient and kind every single time. Yesterday, I stopped in again like I always do, and we were greeted by Robert, Selah, and Mercedes. It turned out to finally be the day we purchased my new ring, and I truly cannot thank everyone there enough for all of their help. They made the entire process feel so smooth, easy, and incredibly special. If you are looking for exceptional customer service and a wonderful experience, I highly recommend stopping in to visit them!!
