On a very busy day for Joel at Westlake Gold I waited a short 15 minutes to see him. I found him to be professional and personable at the same time. I appreciated his cander and willingness to readily share his expertise and some of his obvious vast knowledge of the precious metals market and the buying and selling process thereof. We reached a very fair agreement in what seemed a short period of time but was enough so as to not feel rushed or pressured to make my decision on his offer to buy what I had brought in. We completed the transaction in just a few minutes and I left with with the vibe of having just met a very honest, fair and likable businessman in my community. Do yourself a favor and look no further to find a place and person to conduct your precious metals etc. business with. Westlake Gold is a safe and pleasurable place to do business and I consider myself very fortunate to have chosen the right company to part with some of my assets.

I highly recommend coming here. The entire experience felt so transparent and honest. He explained everything, talked me through what was he was doing, how he tested (a very accurate machine, not the dyes so you get better results), weighed, entered numbers on a screen we both saw and I could instantly feel I came to the right place! If you are looking to trade in gold or silver this is the place. I've heard horror stories and never once did I feel like Joel was anything but honest and transparent. I am so thankful to have found this place!

My experience with Joel and his office manager at Westlake Gold was outstanding. I dropped in just to get some quotes and Joel took the time to explain everything to me and check out what I was selling. Joel was kind, polite and honest above all else. I absolutely enjoyed how candid and direct he was, yet our conversation was fun and enjoyable. When he saw what I was looking to sell, he put me in touch with a collector to see if I could be offered more money. This was above and beyond and it goes to show what kind of people you’re dealing with. I highly recommend you go see Joel and his staff if you’re looking to buy or sell. You’ll experience professionalism along with friendly approachability during your very fair deal. You can’t go wrong. I will certainly be coming back!
