The diamonds are flawless and set to perfection. They polished the ring as well which turned out to look better then when I originally purchased it new from another jeweler. Empecemos diciendo que Frank, Carlo y Brandon son grandes en lo que hacen. Son caballeros muy agradables con los que tratar y trabajar. They are very pleasant gentleman to deal with and do work with. Franks prices are unbeatable and have never changed since he started the business. This is my second trip back to Northeastern Jewlery and I’m sure to come back again and again. I personally think I found my go to jeweler on this island. If you ever need something as simple as a battery in a watch or a new watch pin Frank and his crew have your back. Personally this is the only spot on this island that I trust for anyone handling my jewlery. You should too. I have a few more watches coming their way that need batteries and some looking at and I’m deffinitly using Frank. Only problem is they do not take Apple Pay but it’s not a problem. I don’t mind paying with cash or card. Personally Frank and his crew of jewelers are my new buddies. I’m proud to call myself their customer. Just had a large bracelet done. Love it and its fits nice and snug. Think I just found my go to for jewelers on this island. FYI Brandon’s dad does a super job. Love his craftsmanship he even fixed the clasp that was bent. Frank and the people at Northeastern Jewelers are amazing to work with. My girlfriend and I came in looking for an affordable ring, knowing nothing about what we wanted or what a "setting" is. Frank took the time to guide us through measurements, diamond types, settings materials, etc. He never tried to up-sell or push us out of our budget and made the whole process feel easy. He spent weeks helping me choose the perfect setting, and in the end, I ended with the perfect engagement ring and Frank came away with a customer for life. I couldn't recommend Frank and Northeastern Jewelers more, and I will definitely friends and family to come here!

Received a fair price and had a very pleasant transaction with the owner, Frank. I told him that we were going to sell these same pieces to Estate Roadshow who makes appearances at the Staten Island Hilton and sends out a coupon giving you an additional 20 percent on the value. Frank doubled what they offered us. I asked him what the weight of the gold was and he said 9 grams, when I weighed it at home it was 9 but Estate Roadshow showed 7.4 and I saw the scale. This was the reason we didn't trust their estimate. I believe they cheat people offering low prices with fixed scales .
