Pésimo servicio , nunca más volveré. Llevé mis argollas para reparar y dijeron que si hacían el trabajo. Estaban partidas y aplastadas porque fueron pisoteada sin querer y me entregaron mis argollas prácticamente igual que como las entregué. Solo soldaron lo que estaba partido, me las dejaron tal como estaban, aplastadas y sin forma. Para colmo no cerraban bien cuando me la entregaron, en fin...un pésimo trabajo. Cobran por adelantado para que después no puedas hacer nada.No dejo cero estrellas porq no se puede. No lo recomiendo para reparar prendas rotas.

Esta joyería me encantó ayer hice una compra y quedé maravillada con la variedad de joyas y el trato amable del personal en especial de Sabina, en ningún momento me sentí presionada, fueron realmente muy atentos, gracias por todo Laura Jewelry⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Laura Five Star Jewelry Store is exactly what you want in a local jeweler—friendly, honest, and truly skilled. Sam (the owner) helped us and was great from start to finish. They sized my ring at a great bargain, handled repairs fast, and the customer service was top-notch the whole time. They also repaired my wife’s diamond ring after it lost a diamond and even worked with our insurance to get it taken care of, which made the whole process easy. On top of that, they took a bracelet that didn’t fit right and turned it into a pendant necklace—such a great idea, and the workmanship was first class. Highly recommend. We’ll be coming here for all our jewelry repairs and custom work.

Sam and his staff were outstanding! I looked at a ring about two years ago that I always wished I had purchased at the time.. Sam said that he remembered the ring and could make it custom. Turned out better than the original couldn't be more happy! Big shout out to Sam's jeweler who designed and custom made the ring WOW!! Quality, service, and selection are tops, highly recommend! Price was very fair for the workmanship just the best I've seen.
