I cannot say enough wonderful things about Austin's Fine Jewelry in Spokane, WA. Their team took several sentimental pieces I already owned and transformed them into a breathtaking, one-of-a-kind diamond and sapphire wedding ring for my now-husband and me. The craftsmanship is truly exceptional, and their jewelry designer brought my vision to life with such creativity and care. I was a customer more than 20 years ago, and returning to Austin’s felt like coming home. Their honesty, artistry, and commitment to quality are unmatched. I would never go anywhere else for trusted, beautifully crafted jewelry. Highly recommend!

The owner left my family and I standing out in the cold rain at night. His parking lot was completely empty on a Saturday night, so we parked there and the owner immediately called a tow truck to rob us of our vehicle. For 1 hour and 20 minutes (starting from the time the owner made the phone call to the towing company), they charged us $555 for the tow. Now, we can’t visit home for the holidays, because the owner of "Austin’s Fine Jewelry" basically robbed $555 from us. The worst part was watching my son standing cold in the rain that whole time, waiting for our vehicle to return—the owner, too, was likely watching through his camera surveillance. We originally wanted to shop there for wedding jewelry, but we don’t trust a cold-hearted business to handle this important task with the care.

I can’t say enough about how amazing experience was at Austin’s. All of the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. My jeweler, Sue, was there for me every step of the way as I created the perfect ring for my fiancé. I couldn’t have felt like I had better guidance through this stressful task. She offered advice when I asked, but also helped me to shape the ring the way that I thought would be perfect. She was willing to come in early or stay late to accommodate my busy schedule. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the price was competitive or better than anywhere else. I was truly treated like family during my many visits here. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will be here for any piece of jewelry to make or buy in the future.

I've had some lovely things custom made at Austin's with Sue and also worked with their goldsmith on some repairs. They have items at a wide range of prices from small lovely gift to millionaire bling but I feel like everyone who comes in the door gets the VIP treatment and everything they sell is such high quality. Excellent customer service and they can make you or find you EXACTLY what you want. I used to shop for jewelry mostly online but the quality and customer service (plus supporting a local Spokane business) can't be beat here.

Where do we even begin? Ring shopping is a stressful endeavor, even more so right before the holidays. The entire process from looking at dozens of rings, trying out different setting styles, comparing stones, to finally custom designing the perfect ring has been a complete dream. Sue is so kind and patient and truly made the experience of getting an engagement ring fun and stress free. She made it easy to learn about rings and stones in order to design the perfect ring. Her expertise and dedication will ensure that anyone gets the perfect ring for that special someone in their life. Before finalizing the design, we were shown a CAD image and wax model of what the ring would look like from the goldsmith. The care and detail you’ll find at Austin’s really makes finding the perfect ring not only possible, but as stress free and fun as you can get.

I haven’t been able to wear my rings in two years because they needed to be sized. My husband and I have been married 12 years since we were 20. My band was a thin cheap gold ring from Walmart and my engagement ring was my moms. Very old. Not only did they size and clean up my rings beautifully, they also took my band, made it thicker gold and better quality over the original ring. The kindness of everyone there was very heartwarming. So kind to not only myself/husband but our children as well. We will recommend Austin’s to everyone and also be customers for life.
