It was my first time visiting this jewelry store, and I really liked the work and the overall experience. Especially Sam wife I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she was absolutely gorgeous, inside and out and with her beautiful smile. To be honest, she looks like a Doll and has such a pure heart. Sam, you truly know her value. She was incredibly kind and helped my daughter choose her necklace. Her taste and choice were amazing, and we trusted her completely. I have been a loyal customer of Kripps Jewelers and have only good things to say about them and their business. I inherited some jewelry from my mother who passed in 2023 and wanted to sell some of it for financial reasons. I didn’t want to go to the big names and be ripped off. I live a few blocks away from 4 corners where the store is located which is very convenient for me. The first time I entered the store I met the owners who were very understanding and sympathetic with my situation. On my first visit I sold a few pieces and got a fair price and was very happy with the service. The second time I went in to modify some jewelry I wanted to keep as a memory of my mother, and they did a fantastic job with it. The owners and staff are very pleasant, understanding, do not force their opinions on you, nor do they force you to buy anything. Most of all they are very transparent. I have sold jewelry, modified and bought all from one place. They really treat you like family. I enjoy going in there and doing business with them as well as some small chat. I will continue using their services for all my jewelry needs and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good deals, amazing products, great service and just an overall wonderful experience. I had a great experience having my wedding band made at Kripps Jewelers. I had a family heirloom that I wanted incorporated into my band, and they were so thoughtful and accommodating throughout the process. Sahil (Sam) communicated with me throughout and gave me updates and designs along the way so that I could offer my input. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Awesome jewelers. They designed a ring for my wife using the stone from my Aunt's wedding ring, and also designed matching bands for her ring. They even sent me a rendering of what it would look like before it was made! My band was custom designed as well. Great quality, and they have beautiful jewelry in their shop as well. You will not be disappointed in this place. Highly recommended!

Kripps Jewelers is a wonderful local, family-owned small business, and it truly shows in the way they treat their customers. I inherited some jewelry from a family member who passed away last year and had been dreading the process of sorting through it to determine what to keep and what to sell. I had heard horror stories of big-name companies diminishing the value of previously owned jewelry and pressuring people into selling to maximize their own profit. All of that apprehension went away the moment I walked in the door and met Vin and his team. Vin is friendly, honest, and—most importantly—transparent. At no point did I feel pressured to sell anything, and he was kind enough to answer all of my questions about the process. He and his team went through over 50 pieces of jewelry with me, carefully explaining each one. I had lovely conversations with the staff throughout, and I truly appreciated the family-oriented atmosphere of the store. It’s rare to find a true family-owned small business these days, and hearing Vin’s story was fascinating. He was honest and upfront about the process of buying gold and jewelry from a business standpoint, explaining how they are able to make a profit while still giving customers the best deal possible. There were several items he could have easily lowballed me on, but instead he recommended that I try selling them separately to get the best value—and even offered his assistance if needed. Overall, it was an incredible experience with genuinely incredible people who are hard to find these days. They’ve earned a lifelong customer, and I will be recommending Kripps Jewelers to anyone who asks!
