We love Once upon a Diamond. My husband surprised me with some diamond earrings a couple of years ago. I bought an estate ring later. Today was my birthday/Christmas present, another estate piece that they sized in 2 hours. I always get the best service and great pieces at a better price than many of the stores around. This store is like walking into the smithsonian, I could spend so much time looking at the rare and unique collections. It's worth the trip just to see all of the extraordinary items.

I had a necklace that was broken and decided while I was there instead of just fixing the necklace, if he would please just take entire necklace apart and make it into something that looked like a diamond in the middle of a chain. In less than a few days Nick sent me some draw ups that looked exactly like the pictures and his quote was unbelievable! Then the very next week I had the necklace of my dreams for such a reasonable price, I couldn’t believe it! I will forever use this jeweler, Nick is outstanding and really does an amazing job with excellent customer service every single time. This is the second time I’ve come to them in need and both times they more than exceeded my expectations! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
