She gave me extensive insight on how each setting in each stone would look she helped me choose the correct finish and ultimately if it weren’t for all of the service and exceptional value, she placed on getting to know me and what I liked Altogether, I would’ve never made the purchase. There are tons of jewelry stores left and right all over Shreveport and from the moment I stepped into this place last year I felt welcomed I felt Like I was treated just like the rest of the customers whether I wanted to buy a $30,000 wedding band or a $500 pair of earrings I was treated with the absolute same respect and that to me is monumental. Every one of the staff gave me that same respect I just want to in particular make known that Melissa was my sales person and a personal concierge to my needs. Had my ring shank cut off and replaced with a wider comfort band. It was ready in a week. Looks great and they throughly cleaned and polished the ring. Very pleased.
