Out of 3 places I’ve been to in San Jose, Richard offered the best price. He was also very attentive and knowledgeable - he answered all of my questions honestly and made the process quick/easy.

He's very good at giving a fair price for Gold, he also does check cashing when you're really in a bind, and I believe he also has a Western Union inside his shop. First of all, the reviews are spot on correct. Upon reading them and knowing exactly what type of service I was looking for when it came to selling my 22k 80.5g chain I decided to reach out to Richard. The place of business is a very low-key place, but the value of info and the way Richard does business is top notch. With that said Richard made me an offer and I was definently satisfied.(The bonus was he offered to beat any price that I found elsewhere).
