This place is extremely unprofessional. From the moment we went diamond shopping here, something felt off. While showing us the diamonds, the owner dropped them on the floor, and he seemed completely overwhelmed by people and everything going on. We eventually agreed on a natural diamond, the ring size, and all the details. The owner assured us we were getting a great discount because the diamond was from his older inventory. I sent the deposit, and he confirmed he would proceed with the ring as discussed. After returning from an international trip, I asked for an update, only to find out they had somehow lost the ring. The owner said he would make it right by giving us a bigger diamond. However, when I went to pick up the ring, it turned out to be a lab-grown diamond, not the natural diamond we had agreed upon. When I pointed this out, they acted confused, despite our clear agreement on a natural diamond at a specific price. The owner then tried to offer us a much lower-quality diamond instead. It felt like they realized they had initially given us a good-quality diamond and decided they no longer wanted to honor the deal. Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The entire experience was stressful, irresponsible, and felt misleading. No one should have to deal with this kind of headache from a business for such a special moment.

Most importantly he maintains his relationship with his clients and continues his phenomenal service even after the sale. My wife couldn’t be more happy with her rings and she gets compliments everywhere she goes. I refer everyone I can to Alber, and he’ll be our jeweler for life!
