Friendly, fast, and professional. My ring is over 100 years old and a very special family heirloom. I was worried about taking it in but they eased every anxiety of mine. I would recommend this shop 1000x over and will definitely come back to check out their amazing collection.

I spoke with Lalo at South Texas Jewelers who offered a thoughtful, strategic consult to reduce the band size on my custom birthstone ring that I believed was BEAUTIFUL but not quite ME as I tend to wear rings that are more elegant and delicate. I am BEYOND PLEASED with his work… He worked quickly and communicated clearly about the timeline of the turnaround. The quality of the work was impeccable and customer care was attentive and on point!!! I will be back to have more custom work and can’t wait for all the new collaborations!!!

I had a number of watches that are between 20-30 years old, and needed new batteries, as well as determining whether they were still operational. First, I took them to a vendor that claimed to do watch repair, and I found out they really only deal with mobile electronics, and smart watches, not traditional watches like mine. I then found South Texas Jewelers and Jesse, and could NOT be happier with his service and enthusiasm. In less than 24 hours, Jesse and the team at South Texas Jewelers, were able to positively impact 7 of the 8 watches I brought in (the 8th they were waiting for a "specialist") which I am not only fine with, but totally applaud their diligence! Could not be happier with the service and personalities I met there, and cannot recommend anyone more highly!

I needed my engagement set to be sized down and had originally been told at other places that they couldn’t do it due to the pavé design. However here at Texas jewelers they were positive that they could resize my ring and they did exactly that. They also sized it to a quarter size which I did not know was possible. But my ring fits perfectly now and I am so pleased with the results.

I got my wedding ring and engagement ring resized and not only was the pricing reasonable, but my rings look better than new. So happy with the service and outcome

Drove from Bandera to have my watch worked on. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The price for the work done was definitely lower than I thought. Will be bringing my other watches soon.

I took my son’s necklace to South Texas Jewelers to get fixed. They took such great care of it and we got it back like new and sparkling clean! The charm was also bent and they were able to fix it for no additional charge. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.
