Inquired about Jahda processing my lost wax jewelry carvings for me and Eric was very prompt in responding and giving me the info I needed. After a few rounds of emails I dropped my wax pieces off to their office and received them back in silver form a week later. They were beyond my expectations and even cleaned the scale and semi polished the ones that I didn’t request polishing. Eric was amazing in his communication during the process working out details and making the whole process easy. Already have plans to bring in more pieces this week so don’t hesitate to use Jahda for custom jewelry designs as you won’t be disappointed.

Despite Jahda Jewelry being out of network with my insurer, Eric went above and beyond to accommodate the claim and made the entire process seamless. The replacement ring was a perfect replica of my original Pisces piece and matched the exact weight and quality of the original. Ordered some rings online. They were beautiful, looked just like the website images, and the price was very reasonable. The customer service was also excellent. Super responsive. I had initially ordered them shipped to Canada and they called me to warn me about Canada's retaliatory tariffs (thanks Trump!). I was able to work out receiving them in the USA, which was way cheaper, and they were very patient about it. Saved me a nasty surprise at the border!
