This was our first time stepping into a Kay store and it won’t be the last as long as Mary is there. What an amazing experience we had with Mary. We went in browsing for engagement/wedding rings and she showed the most beautiful rings in our price point. She was welcoming, professional, and felt like a family member or friend was helping us pick out a beautiful piece. She is detailed and upfront and she explained every price and warranty. We felt confident with our decision and at no point ever felt pressured. Cannot wait to come back and get a gold necklace soon! Bonus points Mary is bilingual in Spanish! Mary was the best! She walked us through various diamond rings that fit our budget and we were very pleased with the quality and style of choices. We found the PERFECT ring and Mary again found us the best way to make our purchase.
