I can’t recommend Traditional Jewelers enough! The owner is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Whether you’re shopping for something special or just need everyday help, they truly go above and beyond. I brought in 2 tennis bracelets that needed to be fixed. Bobby is amazing at repairing broken jewelry—quick, careful, and the pieces always come back looking perfect. I also really appreciate how fair and honest they are when it comes to pricing gold. You can trust that you’re getting a real, fair value. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who is both talented and genuinely good-hearted, but this place has it all. Honestly, the only "downside" is that it’s almost impossible to walk out without falling in love with one of the gorgeous pieces Bobby designs himself. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

His patience and expertise through our design processes have been wonderful, and the pieces that we have received as a result are excellent. My dad is a small business owner himself, so supporting a shop like this one was very important to me and having top notch professionalism is just icing on the cake. Very happy with our ring resizing done by Traditional Jeweler's. Had bought a engagement and wedding ring set online and they were about a size and a bit too large. They were very quick to get them sized down for a fair cost and then when we had to come back for a slight resizing down of the engagement ring which was done at no extra cost and also quick! Rings received back sparkling clean and no discernable differences in the gold. Plus complimentary cleaning solution was a kind touch!

Absolutely amazing experience with this place. I didn't get the name of the 2 gentlemen that helped me but they were cousins. I needed my engagement ring resized, we went over a couple options and then was quoted a week for the repair. I was then called the NEXT DAY that it was ready for pickup. I came in, unfortunately it was a bit too big still so they kept it overnight and called me in the morning that it was ready once again. Perfect job definitely will be coming back.

I so much appreciate honesty when dealing with someone like a Jeweler. Two friends recommended Traditional Jewelers when my watch stopped. Baily's had taken a 10-second look at it and said, "needs a new movement - ~$250". Bobby at Traditional asked to try giving it a good cleaning / battery seating and let it ride around the watch Ferris Wheel for a week to see if that would take care of it. Two weeks in, and it did thus far. Even if they have to replace the movement, at least they dug in and tried. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
