Jennifer and Kelsey were very patient and helpful with our first visit to Portland Gold Exchange. The pricing was very fair and the process with transparent. I'm two thumbs up!

I like this place. It feels safe, reputable and comfortable. It always seems busy, but it doesn't take too long to get through the line. They pay out, big. Ive seen a person leave with a check for 20k. My silver sale today was small but Jennifer was kind and efficient, and had me walking out with cash. 10/10. I'll be back for all my precious metal liquidating.

The person who helped me was named Ahna and she was extremely helpful in assisting me get some items appraised. I ended up selling it all just because she was so knowledgeable and also very polite in the way that she educated me about the questions I had, I knew nothing other than what I paid for what I was selling. I ended up getting more than I expected so I would say she was extremely fair, I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone, definitely ask for Ahna she was a delight!

Great service by Sandy T., she was kind, attentive, and honest. She would be an ideal nurse or doctor! This business pays the best for gold and silver - just be prepared to wait, as the place is packed and they give individual service, which takes time. Bring a snack to share, and a warm jacket if it's cold outside, as you might be waiting out there.

I had a wonderful experience working with Sandy when I sold my gold. I never really know what to expect when walking into a place that buys gold, but she made the entire process easy and comfortable. She was warm, patient, and very professional. Sandy walked me through each step, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. She was truly great, and I will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend!

I have spent all day going to numerous places only to be turned away cause most places aren't buying silver (news to me). Lobby was full (possibly only place buying silver in the Portland, Oregon area) when I arrived but it was still pretty quick for how many people were ahead of me. Opal was who helped me with my transaction even though I didn't have much to sell, it didn't matter and she still treated me with the same amount of respect as other people who had way more to sell. I will for sure be making them my go to place for selling any precious metals in the future!

This is my third trip in and they are nothing but professional and yet can help you understand how they appraise your precious items. The big bonus is their customer service with a big smile.
