The service was excellent. My family was in the jewelry business for almost 75 years until my father passed away and our store closed for good. I was treated with the same caring and respect as my family offered valued clients and friends. I felt like family. It was awesome. I got updated information and everything turned out exactly as promised I would highly recommend these awesome folks.

Got our wedding ring set rhodium plated. I knew it was high time but I was still blown away to see how great they came out! They sparkle like new. This is the second time we’ve had this done through A&R, and both times they were friendly and professional and great about communicating updates.

Highly Recommend! I called on the phone looking for a Miami Cuban gold chain within my budget. He said he had something for me a miami Cuban chain and so I came in within the next hour and I was shown three Cuban chains available. I ended up getting a 6.2 mm 14 karat yellow gold Miami Cuban 24 inches long. Customer service was excellent. They offered to send it to the jeweler the next day to cut it down to 22 inches because i asked about it. I wanted to but it was kind of a tough decision at the last moment. So i just went with the full 24inches. But it was great to know that they could get that done in the next business day. They were telling me about all the custom pendants that they can make and I was really impressed. They are located just downtown Portland. Check them out. I will be definitely come back in the future for future jewelry needs.

Imer and his staff always go above and beyond to meet whatever Jewelry needs I request. He has repaired jewelry, helped me find a particular piece that I am looking for or helped create a special piece with design to creation! Don’t hesitate - use them, they are genuine and awesome!!

Cody was informative and very personable. I took my wife’s wedding ring to them for repair as one of the diamonds fell out. I highly recommend A&R. They gave several different options and explained the rationale behind each repair. We took the least expensive and it still came out looking beautiful! Thank you!
