My fiancé & I met Randy in June of 2024 and knew quickly that we would be working with him to make a custom ring. We came back a year later and had the best experience. They advised to resize my ring it would take over a week, but they were able to complete it in 2 days! A different jewelry store (a major chain) had lied to me and said my ring wasn’t real gold and refused to resize it (they said this because it was too complicated for them to resize it) but Michaels was able to take it in, and get the job done for me, and they were able to confirm it was real. After just a few weeks we had the perfect design 3d printed for her approval and shortly after a finished product that matched what she had dreamt of. Michal, our Jewelry Consultant, was attentive, friendly, patient and supportive throughout the entire process. She coordinated with the jeweler every step of the way to ensure our needs were met. The craftsmanship of our rings was perfect, and the quality and detail were beyond our expectations.
