The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My friend and I came in with different purposes. One to repair a necklace and the other to sell some items. The staff was excellent! And the repair was so fast and done with great craftsmanship. They have beautiful pieces of jewelry with so many to choose from! I highly recommend Diamonds by Jim for all your jewelry needs! A+ service and quality!

My absolute go-to for any jewelry repairs, watch resizing, etc. They have fixed many family heirlooms that needed love after many generations of wear. I recently went in and Pete helped me put together an extraordinary engagement ring and even helped document the process so that I could surprise my fiancé with a cool video showing the process of her ring being made! I will never go anywhere else!

It's the Christmas season, my 97 year old mother and I stopped at Diamond Jim's fine jewelry for repairs. The inventory is amazing and the exquisite vintage jewelry was of the highest quality. At their busiest time, the entire staff went overboard to know our names and 'welcome us'. Being happy and friendly in a 'no pressure ' atmosphere. The most professional, knowledgeable, and educational! As we left, they gave us a thoughtful good-bye gift, speechless....... we passed our experience and gift on to our friends. Dishonest "Luxury Buyer" — Website is a Bait-and-Switch I am writing this to warn others: DO NOT! Trust the marketing on their website. They claim to be experts in buying Tiffany & Co. and high-end designer brands, but my experience was the exact opposite. I brought in a genuine Tiffany ring with a massive 14.47ct Citrine. The buyer actually admitted "It Is A Good One" but that the precious metals i brought were not for him without a reason for me to understand his decision without even testing either but just looking through a loupe. This is a total contradiction for a business that calls itself a 'Diamond Broker.' If you can't handle a high-value collector piece, don't advertise that you buy luxury brands especially when screaming "We Buy Tiffany" because that ain't even funny 'For Me'. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to get people in the door only to tell them their items are 'un-sellable.' Unprofessional and dishonest. Save your time and go to a real high-end specialist instead all jokes aside.
