My husband recently purchased some diamond earrings for me as a surprise for my 60th birthday. Absolutely beautiful earrings! They needed to have a bent post repaired that he and I noticed. We took them in and Allison Harley, the store manager, was quick to get this taken care of. She also sent them back again to have the post shortened with no hesitation.She also took her time to inspect my diamond wedding band and noticed the prongs were beginning to show some wear. So, her and I decided to go ahead and send them in to be reworked as it needed to be Rhondium plated again anyway. I cannot thank Allison enough for her time, compassion and level of excellence she demonstrated to me in caring for my jewelry. She is a wonderful person! Very professional, personable and someone whom I trust with the inspection of my diamonds and care of them when out of my possession. She demonstrates amazing leadership to her team and it has been wonderful doing business with!

Lizz was a delight to work with today! From the moment I stepped into the store, she greeted me warmly and kept a pleasant demeanor the entire time. The service at this location was impeccable compared to our experience at other locations. Whitney was knowledgeable and efficient. She made the whole decision making process go by smoothly. I told her what i did not want and she immediately listened and delivered the perfect option. We even went back a few days later for another purchase and she remembered us and provided the same service, if not better. I would recommend her and this store to anyone looking for that perfect, affordable, yet desired piece.

After having a pretty disappointing experience at another jeweler in the mall, I ended up buying a ring on Etsy—only to find out the size was wrong. I stopped into KAY Jewelers and was helped by Lizz, and I’m SO glad I did. She resized me to a size 7 after another jeweler told me I was an 8.5… that’s a huge difference. Thanks to her, I was able to send my ring through KAY to be resized, and the price was way lower than I expected for a ring to be resized. From start to finish, Lizz was absolutely amazing—thorough, personable, and just had the best vibe. When I came back to pick up my resized ring, I ended up buying a wedding band with her help. She immediately understood what I was envisioning; it honestly felt like she was reading my mind. I had a budget, but with the deals they had going on, I ended up way under budget and still walked out with the perfect wedding band. I also needed a necklace for the big day and had a certain style in mind. While they had similar pieces, they were above my price range. Lizz suggested buying a chain and adding a pendant, which was the perfect solution. 100000/10 — I will forever buy my jewelry from KAY Jewelers. Allison is always very helpful and nice! She doesn't pressure you and she did great picking out a ring to go with a necklace I liked.
