After spending the past few weeks researching possible options for replacing/upgrading our wedding/engagement rings, including both local brick and mortar and online stores, we finally locked in to specific rings and a primary diamond through the Blue Nile web site, which we found easy to use. Since we have a Blue Nile physical store here in the Orlando area, we decided to go there to confirm our selections, which we had saved on the web site to make the process easier. We were happily greeted by Liz on entering the store, and worked with her to review our selections, confirm ring sizes and all other details. Liz was very detailed and a joy to work with and we are very happy with our experience. We now wait a bit for our custom ordered rings to be ready for pick up at the store, and look forward working with Liz again when we go back. Thanks Liz!

Cameron at Blue Nile, created a top tier experience for me and soon to be fiancé! Highly recommend the store itself but her for her wonderful showmanship and how smooth she made it.
