I walked into the store to have my faithful companion's dog tag reinforced so I could wear it around my neck.  The metal had worn thin from 12 years of use and since she crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 11, I didn’t want to take a chance of losing it. I was hesitant about taking something so ordinary into such a beautiful store, and how I would be perceived. Turns out Janet and Adam are dog lovers and were so compassionate, caring, and understanding of my request! Besides doing awesome work on my sweet Echo's dog tag, the conversation we had at the store truly touched my heart. Two extraordinary people!

Adam did such an amazing job on this custom necklace. I recently had a miscarriage and he was able to create the exact vision I had for a necklace with the birthstone of my baby. I love it so much. Thank you

Update: Adam did contact me. I went in and he was very kind and polite. We talked about my bracelet and he replaced my chain with one I felt might be more sturdy since I had trouble with the other style. I appreciate him and him contacting me to fix it. Makes me understand and feel good that they care about their customer service and product. Previous Review: It's not worth the money. I have had permanent jewelry (anklets) put on years ago at a different place, and they are still on 3 yrs later. This last March, I went to Elisa Illana to get permanent bracelets. Adam helped me get what I wanted. We even ordered in the charms I wanted. After a hefty $400, it broke 3 days later and was lost. I emailed them, and they said they would replace it. When i came back in, i was told the replacement was only for the chain, not any charms, even though it didn't last 3 days. I had to pay again. And we know the charms didn't break right. Adam claimed that maybe he forgot to strength test it. He even said, "You know where the saying a weak link comes from". Now, in July, it broke again. Another weak link, huh? A $400 bracelet broke again. I will not be back. I will not recommend this store or Adam. I'm so upset. This had meaning and value to me.

I highly recommend the experienced, knowledgeable staff at Elisa Ilana Jewelry. They were over the top helpful assisting me with a special charm necklace. After searching all the other top stores in Omaha I found just the right silver charms and chain I needed for an unusual traditional 17th anniversary wedding gift. Thank you Elisa Ilana!

Adam did my permanent bracelet and it is beautiful! he was very helpful and informative during the process. the whole experience was super fun and I’m obsessed with how it looks. definitely will be going back for another, and any jewelry need!
