I came in to have a few pieces of my jewelry soldered and was so impressed with the experience! The turnaround time was super quick, and the work was very clean and professional. I really appreciated how honest and upfront they were about the costs—everything was explained clearly and priced very reasonably. Great service, great people. I’ll definitely be coming back here or to their new location for any future jewelry needs!

So I went in originally to get my wedding ring sized and I seen a new wedding ring for my wife ,since her 1st wedding ring was from a pawn shop 10 years ago. anyways I saw a really pretty wedding ring so I took a pic and showed my wife,anyways we came back and she’s falling in love with it so we bought it.. well it needed a diamond so we thought the price of diamond and the price of the ring were in order but he actually rang us up wrong and totally didn’t have to say anything bc we thought we were good.. but the honesty says so so much about this place!! He called me just to let me know to come back so he can refund the difference wow so cool!! Thank you guy’s for being so awesome plus my wife’s happy bonus!!

I rarely write reviews, but I am thrilled with the service I received this week from Matt at Oceanside Jewelers. Matt was able to find me exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the cost of most retail jewelry shops. He is laid back, super knowledgeable and patient, the most patient person I’ve ever met. (I will add that I am not comfortable in most shops because of high pressure sales staff who are not jewelers and know very little about the jewelry they are selling.) I buy at Oceanside Jewelers because Matt is there to answer questions and show me items without trying to push sales. In addition, Oceanside Jewelers pays full value on gold! I have never found that offer elsewhere. I visited the shop recently to trade in my old, dated, and mostly broken pieces of gold jewelry for some new earrings and gently used rings in excellent condition that looked positively new. I am not wealthy, and am on a tight budget. I now own the gorgeous, high-quality diamond stud earrings I have wanted for 3 decades and chic, updated wedding rings. I could not be happier with my purchases. When you are at the beach, drop into the shop across the street from the main Oceanside library and have a look for yourself. My 16 year-old son came with me and he said it best: "You traded in junk for some very cool jewelry." Yes, I did! Thank you, Matt. You are the best!

Just got my engagement ring from Oceanside Jewelers and am so glad that I did! Chad was great an helped me during every step of the process. I had the ring custom made and he really took the time to work with me to find exactly what I was looking for. He also took the time to educate me on the diamond grading scales and brought in about a dozen different diamonds so I could compare and find exactly what I was looking for. He was also great with working in my schedule and kept me fully up-to-date on progress. The fiance and I are already working with him to get our wedding bands put together. The shop is a great operation and once you go in there, you really understand why they've been in business for so long. Thank you!

I just had 3 rings resized here. Two rings came out great, the third, which wouldn't even fit on my wife's hand. When I called back, they told me I choose that size, and they wanted an additional $200 to resize the ring to the correct size. Poor customer service. The man was trying to convince me that I chose that size, when he clearly wrote down the wrong size, I just wanted it fixed. Not sure who would size a ring to a size they can't wear. The other two rings came out ok.

I brought my halo diamond wedding/engagement ring here several years ago because one of the tiny diamonds surrounding the large diamond in the middle fell out. I brought it back in to potentially sell it, and they said my large diamond wasn’t a diamond, but was moissanite. So either Ben Bridge sold me a fake $10,000 diamond, or this place removed my real Diamond and replaced it with a fake one.
