All the ladies here were awesome. Super friendly, welcoming, and actually took the time to help instead of rushing through the sale. They even loved playing with the puppy, which made the whole visit relaxed and fun. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be back.

This store by far is the friendliest and has the best customer service I have ever experienced. The entire staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to help me with my every concern regarding my jewelry. Even inspected and cleaned my rings for free. Kay in Cocoplum North Port treats you like family and I will be purchasing all my future jewelry only from them! Definitely an A+++++

What a great experience at the North Port Kay Jewelers. Went in for our wedding bands. Allison was so great and kind to us. Explained everything thoroughly and answer all our questions. Over all 10/10, with no complaints.
