I just got my dream watch from ItsHot, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! From the moment I placed my order, the customer service team made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. They were super friendly, patient, and answered every question I had. You can really tell they care about their customers. My watch arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, and it’s even more stunning in person than I imagined. The quality is top-notch, and the price was unbeatable for such a luxury piece. I also love that they offer warranties and flexible payment options—it really made the purchase simple and worry-free. I’ve already gotten so many compliments, and I keep catching myself just staring at it! ItsHot is definitely my go-to place for fine jewelry now. Thank you for making this experience so special—I’ll absolutely be back for my next piece!

Have ordered from its hot 3 times so far. This ring is my most recent purchase and I love it and looks just like pics. Only issue I had was shipping took almost a month (my first 2 orders came in less than a week) however since this ring had to be made in my size and I’m not there only client lol it’s not shocking shipping took longer. I only bring it up in case anyone else finds themselves in the same situation and thinks they got scammed. I assure you that’s not the case and your order will come.

¡Cuidado!!!The item was returned immediately due to my not liking the product. In the process of wearing the item for a few minutes, the very small white tag came unglued. I placed the tag back on the watch however the "glue" backing did not secure the tag. After requesting a refund, the Company denied a refund due to the fact that I "cut" the tag from the item. 1. I have a picture of the returned item with the item back in place 2. IF, the tag was removed manually (it was not) what Company refuses a refund over a 1/4 inch tag removal. This is obviously a scam by this Company to keep any monies received. I was offered a credit for the merchandise and I will now be forced to do business with a shady Company. Beware!!!Comentario traducidoVer original
