I had an appointment with Andrew Fabrikant to appraise some jewelry ~ As soon as I met with him I knew I was going to be treated fairly. He is extremely patient and thorough discussing each piece completely so you’ll understand how he arrived at the appraisal value as well as every piece being weighed. My husband died a few years ago and Life has been very difficult…that’s why I decided to sell my jewelry. Unfortunately holding on to it was not the right decision for me. I hardly wore it and my husband loved the Emerald Ring so I went with it not really loving the ring but at this time in my life it serves no purpose for me and I wouldn’t be comfortable or trust anyone else. Great Team to handle selling your Jewelry for a fair price. I can't imagine a better experience than what I experienced with Andrew, Alan & Erica. They were honest, understanding, supportive and did an amazing job of marketing my necklace. Their photography was high quality. My mother gave me Andrew’s contact information because she had done some business with him and was pleased with her experience. Anyway, the first of my many pleasant exchanges, was with Erika; Knowledgeable, polite and very efficient. She passed my information to Andrew and, as promised, he called after-hours and spent a long time with me on the phone discussing my ring and my numerous options. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Per very explicit instructions, I mailed my ring to their office. They tracked the package and confirmed receipt as soon as it arrived! Anyway, Andrew was able to glean a lot more intel on my ring once in his hands. He advised me what to do and I felt very sure that he was being honest and forthcoming. So, I took his advice without any regret. I can not say enough good things about this jeweler. Amazing communication and knowledge. I will continue to work with Andrew and Erika moving forward!

Andrew came highly recommended to me as I searched for an engagement ring. He made the experience meaningful, and so easy. He gave honest, thoughtful advice, and helped me find a ring that easily worked for our budget and taste point (no hard sells, which I value tremendously).
